Master Class on “The Legal Status of Aircrafts and Space Objects”

The International Law Society of VVM’s Govind Ramnath Kare College of Law organised a Master Class on the topic ‘The Legal Status of Aircrafts and Space Objects’ for the students of the institution. We were privileged to host Dr. Atilla Sipos, Assistant Professor, College of Law, Private Law Department, Master Program in Air and Space Law, University of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, to share his insights on the topic. The resource person in his address discussed about the legal implications of aircraft and space objects primarily revolving around registration, governing jurisdiction and liability. He emphasized on addressing legal challenges to ensure responsible conduct, safety and accountability in the realms of aviation and space exploration. The session included a productive question and answer segment.

Following the master class, there was an engaging faculty interactions where Dr. Sipos shared his teaching journey and experiences, fostering a valuable exchange of ideas among the faculty members of the institution.
